"Bruschetta" a mi antojo (Bruschetta my way)

I remember I saw the movie Julie & Julia, and my mouth was drooling during the scene when Julie and her husband were eating those colorful bruschettas. I said to my husband: " I have to learn how to do that!" I looked in the site of the movie for the recipe, even tried other sites to find one similir to what I saw in the movie. Any of the recipes I found satisfied me, so I decide to make my own version. What's the worst thing that could happen? Not liking it, right? (lol). Here I want to share the final recipe.

INGREDIENTS
1 loaf of French bread (media libra de pan de agua funciona tambien)
1/2 of a red bell pepper diced
1/2 of a yellow bell pepper diced
1 tomato (seedless if you prefer it that way) diced
1 polish sausage diced
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
5 garlic gloves
3 tbs. of olive oil
ground pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
1. Cut bread in (3/4 inch thick) slices.
2. Chop garlic.
3. On a skillet heat (medium high) 2 tbs. of olive oil and garlic for 30 seconds.
4. Set aside garlic and most of the oil in the skillet. Return skillet to heat.
5. Toast bread slices on skillet. Set them aside.
6. Add the mixture of olive oil and garlic used before and the remaining olive oil tablespoon to the skillet.(You can use the same skillet, just clean it with a paper towel)
7. Stir fry the peppers, tomato and sausage until sausage is done.
8. Add the balsamic vinegar and pepper to taste.
9. Top bread slices with it and enjoy!

*You can add fresh parsley if u like or omit the sausage.

Hope you like it, try it and tell me... :)
